Welcome to The Detailers. By accessing our website and booking our services, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before making a booking.

1. General Terms

  • These Terms and Conditions apply to all visitors, customers, and users of The Detailers website and services.

  • By booking a service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.

  • We reserve the right to update these terms at any time, and continued use of our website or services constitutes acceptance of any changes.

2. Booking & Payments

  • All bookings require a 50% deposit at the time of scheduling. The remaining balance is due upon service completion.

  • Payments must be made via approved methods listed on our website.

  • Failure to pay the remaining balance may result in cancellation of your appointment or withholding of service.

3. Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • If you cancel your appointment at least 24 hours prior, you will receive a full refund of your deposit.

  • If you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment, your 50% deposit will be retained as a cancellation fee.

  • If we cancel your appointment for any reason, we will issue a full refund or reschedule at no additional cost.

4. Service Guarantee & Liability

  • We strive to provide the highest quality detailing services. If you are not satisfied, please contact us within 24 hours so we can address any concerns.

  • We are not responsible for pre-existing damage to your vehicle, including but not limited to paint defects, scratches, or worn-out upholstery.

  • While we take extreme care with every vehicle, we are not liable for personal belongings left in the vehicle during service.

5. The Detailers Pass Membership

  • The Detailers Pass provides members with a monthly Detailers Special detail for $100 per month for one year.

  • The membership expires after 12 months and must be renewed to continue receiving benefits.

  • Membership fees are non-refundable, and unused services do not roll over to the next month.

6. Website Use & Intellectual Property

  • All content on this website, including logos, images, text, and graphics, is the property of The Detailers and may not be copied, modified, or distributed without permission.

  • Unauthorised use of this website or its content may result in legal action.

7. Limitation of Liability

  • The Detailers is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services or website.

  • We are not liable for any loss or damage beyond the cost of the service provided.

8. Governing Law
